We will supply equipment but welcome players to bring their own gear if they have it. Players must wear athletic clothing and shoes if possible.  Your athlete is also responsible for any specialized equipment he or she may require (such as wheelchairs, medication, etc.).  A USA Lacrosse Membership is required to participate.  This is $35 dollars for the year and provides insurance coverage at any lax4allva event for the duration of the membership.
